Bold Brumby Pty Ltd provides marketing strategy, advertising campaign management, and AI-assisted content generation. Specific deliverables are defined in your chosen plan or a written proposal.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. The 50% first-order discount applies to a customer's first plan purchase only.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors including product, market, and budget. While we work hard to maximise reach, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales volumes, "going viral", or a fixed number of leads. Any performance figures shown are illustrative examples, not promises. This is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct.

We aim to have your campaign live within 48 hours of onboarding and receipt of required assets. Timelines may vary depending on approvals and third-party platforms.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and cannot be excluded. If our services are not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of re-supply, to the extent permitted by law.
